Product Details

The BD-505 combines a lockable storage compartment and a group lockout compartment in the same box. The body is made of powder-coated heavy steel for greater rust resistance. The group lockout compartment has a clear PC window with a key slot.

In practice, each energy control point is locked with a job lock, and the keys to these locks are placed in the box. Each worker then attaches their own personal lock to the box. As long as a single personal lock remains on the box, the keys to the job locks cannot be reached; this way every worker keeps control over their own safety.

Dual Compartment: A storage compartment and a group lockout compartment are combined.
Powder-Coated Steel: The heavy steel body is powder-coated for rust resistance.
PC Window: A transparent window with a key slot shows the contents.
Personal Control: The work keys cannot be reached until the last padlock is removed.
