Acrylic Open (Coverless) Lockout Stations

This family of cover-free stations made of yellow acrylic gathers padlocks and other lockout-tagout materials at a single point on the wall. Three sizes are offered: a 343 × 343 mm panel for 10 locks, 597 × 292 mm for 20 locks and 546 × 597 mm (H × W) for 36 locks.

With no cover, personnel pick up the lock and tag they need without waiting before starting energy isolation; empty slots also show which equipment is in the field. Since a company, department or safety message can be added to the panel surface, the station can also serve as a visual marker of the LOTO point in maintenance workshops and on production lines.
