The BD-B401 Series, also referred to as LG11, is a combined station that stores padlocks, lockout hasps, warning tags and mini lockout devices in a single enclosure with a cover. The yellow body is made of PC engineering plastic and measures 520 mm (W) × 631 mm (H) × 85 mm (D).

The cover is locked with a padlock, so only authorized personnel can reach the equipment inside and the materials are protected from dust and external factors. Used as the facility's central LOTO store, it makes it easy to source all the equipment needed before isolation from one place and return it to the same point after the job.
