Product Details

BD-PS02S is a LOTO kit prepared to isolate and lock out pneumatic energy before maintenance or repair on equipment powered by compressed air. It is intended to guard against uncontrolled re-energization of air lines and pneumatic connections.

Pneumatic energy can remain in the lines even after electricity is cut, so it requires a separate isolation step. This set documents that step with a lock and tag, so pneumatic points can be controlled in the procedure independently of electrical isolation, and workers can see whose lock is on which line.

Pneumatic Focus: Intended for isolating equipment that runs on compressed air.
