Group Lock Box and Permit Control Station

BD-X60 is a station that combines a group lock box and a control area for holding permit documents in a single body. It is made of pressed cold-rolled sheet steel and its surface is coated with high-temperature sprayed plastic. It can be fixed to a wall or carried to the field.

The box accepts 22 padlocks with a shackle diameter of 7 mm or less at the same time, so several workers can join group isolation with their own locks. Since equipment status, authorized persons and work permit documents are visible at the same point, the permit-to-work process and lockout steps can be audited together.

• Wall-Mounted or Portable: Can be mounted permanently or carried and used in the field.
• Coated Steel: Cold-rolled steel is coated with plastic spray.
• 22 Padlocks: Up to 22 padlocks with a shackle of 7 mm or less can be fitted at the same time.
• Permit Area: Work permit and authorized personnel information is kept at the station.
• Central Oversight: Lockout points are monitored from a single place.
