TBLO Miniature Circuit Breaker Lockout Device

Product Details

The BD-D03 is a device that works with the TBLO (Tie Bar Lock Out) method, i.e. it locks via the tie bar that joins the breaker handles. It helps keep all poles in the off position at once, especially on multi-pole miniature breakers with a tie bar; it is compatible with European and Asian type MCBs.

Installs without tools using a push button or rotary cylinder. The PA body, reinforced with engineering plastic, resists impact. Once the device is fitted with a safety padlock (shackle up to 7 mm) and a warning tag, the energy isolation step is documented in line with the LOTO procedure.

• Connecting Bar: On breakers whose handles are joined by a connecting bar, locks out via the bar.
• Pole Flexibility: Can be used on single- and multi-pole miniature breakers.
• Easy Fitting: Secured without tools using a push button or rotary cylinder.
• Reinforced PA: The body with engineering plastic additives is long-lasting and impact-resistant.
• Padlock Hole: Isolation is completed with padlocks with a shackle diameter of up to 7 mm.
