Product Details

The BD-D12X is a lockout device that grips the handle of circuit breakers between 480 V and 600 V with a clamp to prevent accidental operation. It can be used on single-pole breakers and on multi-pole breakers with an internal tie. Its polypropylene (PP) and impact-resistant PA body suits industrial panels.

Thanks to the thumbwheel design, installation requires no screwdriver. Once the cover is closed and secured after installation, the clamp cannot work loose. The removable shim set included in the package widens the range of breakers the device can fit. By fitting a padlock with a shackle up to 7 mm, the breaker is held in the off position until the maintenance team finishes the job.

480-600 V: Designed for circuit breakers in this voltage range.
Thumb Wheel: Installed by hand without using a screwdriver.

Anti-Loosening: Prevents the shackle from loosening once the lid is closed and secured.
