Product Details

The BD-D16 and BD-D16L are devices designed to lock 480/600 V large-handle circuit breakers by gripping the handle tightly. The BD-D16 is intended for medium-size handles, while the BD-D16L is made as a long version for larger handles. The goal is to prevent accidental engagement of the breaker in industrial electrical panels and to ensure energy isolation.

The reinforced nylon body combines with a chrome-plated brass screw and a stainless steel U-shaped locking piece. Its foldable design adapts to different handle sizes; the large knurled thumb screw makes it possible to install it without tools. The chemical-resistant device is locked with a padlock with a shackle diameter of up to 7 mm.

Two Lengths: The BD-D16 is for medium-size breakers, the BD-D16L for breakers with larger handles.
Stainless Part: The U-shaped stainless steel locking part provides a tight hold.
