The BD-D17 is a device that locks the handle of small and medium circuit breakers by gripping it from two directions. It suits breaker handle widths between 7.5 mm and 12 mm and universal 120 V and 240 V breaker handle heights. It prevents the energy source from being engaged without authorization or by accident during maintenance and repair.

The lock body consists of cast aluminum alloy, nylon and steel; its surface is coated with powder paint spray. The stainless steel thumbscrew makes installation tool-free, and the foldable, adjustable arm grips the breaker firmly. With its compact and portable design, it can be used to create a temporary isolation point on industrial panels.
