Product Details

The BD-D31 is an ABS-body lockout device used to isolate electrical plugs and pneumatic hose connections with a single device. Plugs up to 89 mm in diameter and 127 mm in length are placed in the box; the dual-angle design allows pneumatic male connectors with a downward-facing neck to be locked at the same time.

The body has five pneumatic inlet holes measuring 9.5 / 10.4 / 11.4 / 12 / 18.2 mm. The device, which can be used with 110V, 220V and 550V plugs, accepts four padlocks with a shackle diameter up to 7 mm. This way, plugging the plug into the socket and connecting the air line are prevented by group lockout throughout maintenance.

Wide Plug Compatibility: Accepts plugs up to 89 mm in diameter and 127 mm in length.
Dual-Angle Design: An electrical plug and a pneumatic male connector can be locked together.
5 Pneumatic Holes: Adapts to connection sizes between 9.5 and 18.2 mm.
4 Padlocks: Four padlocks with a shackle diameter of up to 7 mm can be fitted.
