Product Details

BD-Q01 is a pneumatic lockout device attached to male quick-connect ends disconnected from compressed air sources, preventing the equipment from being reconnected to the air line. It fits most connection fittings in 1/4" (6.4 mm), 3/8" (9.5 mm) and 1/2" (12.7 mm) sizes.

The hole in the middle of the device allows the lock to be stored permanently on the air hose, so it can be applied immediately when needed without searching for it. The ring on the side can be used to hang the hose and the lockout device. In pneumatic energy isolation, it physically closes off the connection end and prevents compressed air from being switched on during maintenance.

Three Sizes: Fits most 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" connections.
Storage on the Hose: The center hole lets it stay permanently on the hose.
Hanging Ring: The side ring is used to hang hoses and devices.
Male End Isolation: Prevents the male fitting from being connected to the air supply.
