Product Details

The BD-E81 is a plug lockout device that fully covers the electrical plug to prevent it from being plugged back into the socket. It prevents equipment whose plug was pulled before maintenance or repair from being accidentally energized by someone else while the work is in progress.

The body is made of impact-resistant ABS. Because the plug stays inside the closed body, the point where the power source is disconnected is physically secured in the LOTO procedure; the person carrying out the work can mark the isolation with their own padlock and tag. This way, who stopped the job and why is also clearly visible in the field.

Full Enclosure: Fully covers the plug to prevent it from being plugged into a socket.
ABS Body: Made of impact-resistant material.
Against Accidental Connection: Prevents re-energization during maintenance.
