BD-K02 is a steel jaw lockout hasp used to gather the locks of several people working on the same equipment at a single isolation point. Its 1.5 inch (38 mm) inner jaw diameter allows it to be applied to larger lockout points than the 25 mm models.

The body, stamped from thick steel plate, resists forcing and damage; the vinyl coating gives extra protection against outdoor conditions. Up to 6 padlocks can be fitted at once, and the hasp cannot be opened until the last worker removes their lock. Used for group lockout applications in factories, power plants and maintenance sites.
