6-Hole Plastic Body Lockout Hasp with Steel Hook – 38 mm

Designed for wider connection points, the BD-K24 is a six-hole lockout hasp made of a 38 mm steel hook and a plastic body. Once the hook is passed through the isolation device, each person on the maintenance team can add their own padlock to the body.

The 38 mm hook opening allows fitting onto thicker lockout points than the 25 mm model, while the plastic body keeps the equipment lightweight. In a group lockout procedure, the hook cannot be opened until all padlocks fitted in the six holes have been removed, which prevents the energy source from being switched on by mistake.
