Product Details

Prepared for thicker lockout devices and wide connection points, the BD-K04 is a steel group lockout hasp with a 38 mm inner jaw opening. After it is fitted to the energy isolation device, each team member adds their own lock, preventing the equipment from being operated during maintenance.

The surface of the steel body is coated with high-temperature plastic spray, protecting it against rust and impact and making it suitable for outdoor use. Up to six padlocks can be attached to the 10.5 mm (2/5") holes. In the LOTO process, the system cannot be restarted until the last worker removes their lock.

38 mm Jaw: The wide inner jaw diameter accommodates large lockout points.
Coated Body: Plastic spray-coated steel is resistant to rust and impact.
Multi-Lock: Allows simultaneous use of up to six padlocks.
Hole Diameter: The 10.5 mm holes are compatible with many padlock models.
Group Safety: Prevents the system from being re-energized until the last padlock is removed.
