BD-K11 is a lightweight group lockout solution for maintenance and repair work where multiple workers need to lock out the same energy source. Its 25 mm jaw is placed over the isolation point, then each worker attaches their own padlock to the body, preventing uncontrolled energization both indoors and outdoors.

The body consists of chrome-plated aluminum and the handle of nylon PA or PVC coating; this combination provides a comfortable grip with low weight. Six padlocks can be attached to the 9 mm holes. In the group lockout procedure, the equipment cannot be restarted until the last worker removes their lock.
