When group lockout is needed at wide connection points, the BD-K12 grips the isolation device with its 38 mm (1.5") jaw opening and lets multiple workers add their own locks. It prevents the equipment from starting unexpectedly during maintenance, repair and energy isolation.

The chrome-plated aluminium body resists impact and corrosion; the PVC or PA coated handle reduces slipping and offers comfort in long-term use. Six padlocks can be fitted in the 9 mm diameter holes. Under the LOTO procedure, the equipment cannot be re-energized until the last worker's lock has been removed.
