Rust-Resistant Steel 25mm Lockout Hasp

BD-K03 is a steel lockout hasp with a 25 mm jaw, used so that several workers can lock out a single energy isolation point at the same time. The jaw is attached to a circuit breaker lever, valve lockout device or similar point; each worker then passes their own padlock through one of the holes in the body.

The body is made of steel coated by high-temperature plastic spraying; this coating gives resistance to impact, rust and high temperature. Up to six padlocks can be fitted in the 10.5 mm holes. In the group lockout procedure, the jaw cannot be opened until the last person on the team removes their lock, so the energy source cannot be restored.

• 6-Padlock Capacity: Up to six padlocks can be attached at the same time.
• 10.5 mm Hole: The 10.5 mm (2/5") hole diameter allows use with different padlock types.
• Last Lock Rule: The energy source cannot be reactivated until the last worker's lock is removed.
