BD-K41 is a six-hole plastic lockout hasp designed in a scorpion-type form. At points where electrical energy is isolated, it allows multiple workers to attach their own padlock to the same isolation device.

Its plastic construction makes it possible to use in areas with corrosion and explosion risk. In the group lockout procedure each worker adds their lock to one of the six holes; since the hasp cannot be opened until all locks are removed, the electrical supply stays disabled throughout maintenance. The lightweight body also makes it easy to carry to frequently used isolation points.

• Scorpion Type: The scorpion-shaped body is used by fitting it onto the lockout point.
