BD-K42 is a six-hole lockout hasp made of non-conductive ABS plastic for use at points requiring electrical isolation. When attached to the isolation device, up to six workers can secure the same energy source with their own padlocks.

The body, weighing only 1 oz, is designed to withstand forces of up to 1,000 lbs. Its weather-resistant construction allows use outdoors and in environments with corrosion and explosion risk. In group lockout, the system cannot be re-energized until the last worker removes their lock, so everyone on the team controls their own safety with their own lock.
