Product Details

BD-L01 is an adjustable cable lockout device used for equipment that cannot be isolated with classic valve or circuit breaker lockouts. A 3.5 mm diameter, 2.4 meter long stainless steel cable is passed around the energy isolation point and secured to the body, preventing the equipment from being operated.

The PVC coating of the cable protects against UV rays and is suitable for outdoor use. The body is made of impact- and chemical-resistant nylon PA. The two-hole design lets more than one person apply a lock; the lock shackle diameter must be smaller than 7 mm. Cable length and color can be customized as needed.

Cable Size: The 3.5 mm x 2.4 m stainless steel cable is coated with UV-protected PVC.
Nylon PA Body: Made of engineering plastic that resists impact and chemicals.
Two Lock Holes: The 2-hole design allows more than one person to lock out.
Padlock Compatibility: Used with padlocks with a shackle diameter smaller than 7 mm.
