Economy Cable Lockout Equipment

BD-L21 is a cost-effective cable lockout device used on equipment that cannot be isolated with standard locks. A 4 mm diameter, 2 m long stainless steel cable is passed around irregularly shaped equipment and groups of large valves and locked.

The body is made of impact-resistant nylon PA and the cable coating of anti-UV PVC. The six lock holes on it (shackle ≤7 mm) allow several personnel to use their own lock at the same point. The standard color is red; cable length, color and label can be changed on request. When used together with safety tags, it is clearly visible that the equipment is locked out.

• 4 mm Cable: PVC-coated stainless steel cable wraps around irregular equipment and valve groups.
• Nylon PA Body: The impact-resistant body and anti-UV coated cable suit harsh conditions.
• Six Padlock Holes: Group lockout can be performed with 6 padlocks with a shackle diameter of ≤7 mm.
• Customization: Length, color and label options can be produced on request; the standard color is red.
