BD-L02 is an adjustable cable lockout device whose own mechanism locks the cable to the body. It is used to secure energy points on electrical panels, valves and irregularly shaped machines that cannot be isolated with standard locks. Cable options are 3 mm x 1.8 m and 4 mm x 1.8 m.

Automatic locking engages when the device is not being operated, preventing the cable from loosening or tensioning unintentionally. The body is ABS engineering plastic and the cable is stainless steel with an anti-UV PVC coating. Up to five safety padlocks (shackle ≤7 mm) can be fitted; the erasable label area allows responsible persons to be written in, making tracking easier in group lockout.

• Self-Locking: Locks automatically when the device is not operated, preventing the cable from being tensioned unintentionally.
• Two Cable Options: Available with a 3 mm x 1.8 m or 4 mm x 1.8 m cable.
• Five Padlocks: Up to 5 padlocks with a shackle diameter of ≤7 mm can be fitted.
• ABS and Steel: Consists of an ABS body and an anti-UV PVC-coated stainless steel cable.
• Tag Area: The erasable tag area allows responsible persons to write on it again and again.
