BD-L12 is a portable cable lockout device used on irregularly structured equipment that cannot be locked out by conventional methods. It is offered in two options: BD-L12-1 includes a 3.2 mm x 2.5 m insulated cable, and BD-L12-2 a 5 mm x 2.5 m steel cable. It is preferred especially for holding industrial ball valves in the closed position.

The PC and ABS body resists impact, chemicals and temperature effects. Four padlocks (shackle ≤7 mm) can be fitted, so several workers can lock out the same point. The internal ring structure keeps the cable neatly wound; body colour and warning label can be customized on request.

• Cable Options: 2.5 m cable is offered in 3.2 mm insulated (BD-L12-1) or 5 mm steel (BD-L12-2).
• PC/ABS Body: Has a structure resistant to impact, chemicals and temperature effects.
• Four Padlocks: Group lockout can be performed with 4 padlocks with a shackle diameter of ≤7 mm.
• Cable Winding Ring: The built-in ring allows the cable to be wound and stored neatly.
