Adjustable Cable Lockout

BD-L11-1 and BD-L11-2 are adjustable cable lockout devices used for energy isolation on non-standard equipment. BD-L11-1 comes with a Ø4 mm x 1.8 m, and BD-L11-2 with a Ø6 mm x 1.8 m multi-strand stainless steel cable; the cable is covered with clear, UV-protected PVC.

Four padlocks (shackle diameter ≤7 mm) can be fitted at the same time to the impact- and chemical-resistant PC body. The permanent writable and erasable label surface on the body identifies the operator who applied the lock and is reusable. The cable mechanism opens easily and locks firmly, making this design suitable for group isolation on valve groups and irregular energy points.

• UV-Protected Coating: The transparent PVC outer coating protects the cable against UV exposure.
• PC Body: The engineering-plastic PC body resists impact and chemicals.
• Four Padlocks: 4 padlocks (≤7 mm shackle diameter) can be fitted at the same time.
• Writable Tag: The tag surface, which can be written on permanently and erased, makes operator identification easier.
