Product Details

BD-L31 is a round-body cable lockout used for group isolation of ball and gate valves and various electrical equipment. Thanks to the ergonomic handwheel and high-friction butterfly-type disc, the cable is tightened and self-locks without tools.

The body is made of impact-resistant nylon PC, and the 4 mm x 2 m cable is made of stainless steel with a UV-protected PVC coating; the cable length can be customized. The 8 holes in the upper and lower parts allow several workers to fit locks with ≤7 mm shackles at the same time. Red, yellow, green and blue cable options match the facility's color coding. The product is OSHA compliant and CE certified.

Tool-Free Tightening: The cable is easily tightened with an ergonomic handwheel and wing-type disc, and locks itself.
Material: Made of a nylon PC body and a stainless steel cable with UV-protected PVC coating.
Eight Holes: The 8 holes in the upper and lower parts allow multi-person lockout (shackle ≤7 mm).
Color Options: The cable is available in red, yellow, green and blue; the length of the 4 mm cable can be customized.
