Product Details

BD-LT02-TR is an information tag used to show on site who locked the equipment during energy isolation and who is responsible for the job. When attached to the lock, it provides a clear warning against unauthorized intervention during maintenance, repair or inspection.

The 75 x 146 mm PVC body resists wear and tear in field conditions. Because it can be written on with an erasable marker, the tag can be reused from job to job. The identification fields make it easier to record responsibility in the LOTO procedure; the tag can also be customized with different wording or a company logo.
