BD-LT12 is a LOTO warning tag hung on the switch to prevent the energy source from being put into service accidentally while maintenance and repair are in progress. The message "Tamir Var – Şalteri Açmayınız" (Repair in Progress – Do Not Switch On) clearly informs surrounding personnel that work is being carried out on the line.

The tag body is made of 3 mm thick Dekota material. Thanks to the reinforced hole with metal grommet and the hook-and-loop plastic hanging strap, it can be quickly hung on a breaker handle or panel door. Its surface can be written on with an acetate pen and wiped clean for reuse; it can be used together with a lock in LOTO applications and comes in 10 x 20, 13 x 25 and 15 x 30 cm sizes.
