Testing and Commissioning LOTO Warning Tag

BD-LT06 is a hanging LOTO warning tag used to indicate that equipment is in the testing or commissioning phase. It is hung on the equipment to prevent unauthorized intervention during temporary energy isolation, maintenance and inspection operations.

The 0.50 mm PVC-laminated construction makes the tag durable. Thanks to the metal-reinforced hanging hole and the hook-and-loop plastic strap supplied with the product, it can easily be attached at different points. The surface can be written on with an acetate marker and wiped clean, allowing reuse; available in 10 x 20, 13 x 25 and 15 x 30 cm sizes.
