BD-LT11 is a hanging warning tag used so that only authorized personnel intervene with the equipment during energy isolation and maintenance and repair processes. The message "Yetkili Hariç Açmak Kapamak Yasaktır" (Switching On/Off Prohibited Except Authorized Personnel) gives a clear warning against unauthorized switching attempts.

The 3 mm dekota body offers a sturdy construction for long-term use. It hangs easily on equipment with the metal-reinforced hole and adjustable hook-and-loop plastic strap. Because it can be written on with an acetate marker, the tag can be reused for different jobs; available in 10 x 20, 13 x 25 and 15 x 30 cm sizes.
