Product Details

BD-T03-TR is a safety warning tag used to mark energy isolation points where lockout is applied. Attached next to the lock, it reminds workers that the equipment is under maintenance and must not be put into service.

Using a lock and a tag together in the LOTO procedure secures isolation both physically and visually. The tag clearly states that work is in progress at the locked point, helping inform personnel nearby, and can be used as a standard warning tool in personal or group lockout. Tags can be kept ready at lockout stations.
