Product Details

The yellow BD-G12DP is a plastic shackle safety padlock designed with dust protection for lockout in dusty work areas. Its shackle is 6 mm in diameter and 38 mm high; it is used at energy isolation points of electrical and plumbing equipment.

Cylinder options include 12-14 pin zinc alloy and 6 pin brass. The key system can be set as keyed-different (KD), keyed-alike (KA), master-keyed (MK) or keyed-alike + master-keyed (KAMK). Assigning the yellow body to the mechanical maintenance team's locks can make it easier to tell teams apart at a crowded lockout point.

Environmental Resistance: The body resists chemicals, extreme temperatures and UV rays.
Pin Tumbler Cylinder: The zinc alloy cylinder has 12-14 pins, the brass cylinder has 6 pins.
Flexible Keying: Thanks to the custom key design, it can be adapted to KD, KA, MK and KAMK systems.
Dust Protection: The shackle and key section are designed to be dust-tight for use in dusty environments.
Key Holder: The key can only be removed when the padlock is closed.
