Steel Shackle Safety Padlock 38 mm – Red

Product Details

BD-G01-RED is a LOTO safety padlock with an ABS plastic body and a 6 mm diameter, 38 mm long stainless steel shackle. By locking electrical panels, valves and other energy isolation points that have been de-energized before maintenance or repair, it prevents unauthorized restarting of the equipment.

The “TEHLİKE – KİLİTLENDİ” (DANGER – LOCKED OUT) warning on the body clearly tells everyone in the field why the lock was applied. Since it can be supplied keyed-different or keyed-alike, it can be adapted to both personal lockout and group applications. Red is preferred in many facilities for each worker's own personal lock; defining this model as the personal LOTO lock is a good starting point.

• Durable Body: The impact-resistant ABS plastic body suits heavy-duty use in the field.
• Danger Warning: The "TEHLİKE – KİLİTLENDİ" (DANGER – LOCKED OUT) text clearly states that the equipment must not be operated while the lock is in place.
• Ergonomic Use: Its lightweight design makes fitting and removing the padlock easy.
• Key Options: The padlock can be supplied keyed different or keyed alike.
• 38 mm Shackle: The 6 mm diameter, 38 mm long shackle is made of stainless steel.
