The green BD-G14DP is a plastic-shackle safety padlock developed for dusty areas in lockout and tagout procedures. The Ø6 mm × 38 mm shackle and the key section are designed against dust ingress. It is suitable for locking the isolation points of electrical equipment and plumbing equipment.

Because the key cannot be removed while the lock is open, losing the key and leaving the lock open is prevented. The cylinder is offered as 12-14 pin zinc alloy or 6 pin brass. Green can be used to separate locks given to production or process operators from those of maintenance teams; it is recommended to apply it together with the principle of one lock and one key per worker.
