Plastic Shackle Safety Padlock 38 mm – Red

Product Details

BD-G11-RED is a red LOTO safety padlock with a high-quality nylon body and a 38 mm shackle height. After energy is cut on plumbing and electrical equipment, it locks panels, valves and connection points to prevent the system from being restarted during maintenance.

The key cannot be removed while the lock is open; this feature keeps personnel from leaving the lock open. The E-type non-slip body provides a comfortable and secure grip. Red is a commonly used color for personal locks; by having codes printed on the lock body and key, each lock can be assigned to a specific worker. This makes the “1 worker = 1 lock = 1 key” principle easier to apply in the field.

• Nylon Body: The high-quality nylon body offers lightweight, long-lasting use.
• Pin Tumbler Cylinder: The zinc alloy cylinder has 12-14 pins and the brass cylinder has 6 pins.
• Left-Open Prevention: The key retention feature prevents the padlock from being forgotten open.
• Non-Slip Body: The E-type non-slip body design provides a comfortable and secure grip.
• Easy Identification: Codes on the body and key, with color-matched key covers, make matching easy.
