Product Details

BD-L42 is a compact cable lockout device designed for circuit breakers, small gate valves and small energy connection points. The 1.5 mm diameter stainless steel cable is offered in 0.3 m or 0.5 m lengths, and the length can be customized.

Operation relies on a single key: pushing the black key up releases the cable, pushing it down locks it; after locking, the cable is tightened to remove slack. The body is nylon PA and the cable sheath is UV-resistant PVC. The 6 mm and 8 mm lock holes fit different padlocks, and the "LOCK OUT" warning in the red zone makes the locked point stand out on site.

Compact Design: Can be used at tight points such as circuit breakers and small valves.
Single-Key Operation: The black key opens the cable when up and locks it when down.
Cable Size: The 1.5 mm stainless steel cable is offered in 0.3 m / 0.5 m (customizable) lengths.
Two Hole Diameters: The 6 mm and 8 mm lock holes fit different shackle diameters.
Warning Tag: The red area carries the text "LOCK OUT"; language and logo can be customized.
