BD-LT14 is a warning tag hung on the machine or control point to prevent the equipment from being started accidentally during maintenance and repair. The message "Dikkat Bakım Var – Çalıştırma" (Caution, Maintenance in Progress – Do Not Operate) warns workers against uncontrolled energization of the energy source.

The body is made of 3 mm thick Dekota material and offers long service life. It attaches easily to different points with the adjustable hook-and-loop plastic strap and hole with metal grommet. Thanks to the surface that can be written on with an acetate pen and wiped clean, maintenance information can be noted; it can be used with lockout systems and comes in 10 x 20, 13 x 25 and 15 x 30 cm sizes.
