Product Details

BD-F01 is an adjustable lockout device used to hold the handle of DN8 to DN50 ball valves in the closed position. It is placed over the valve handle and prevents the handle from being turned, so the line cannot be opened during maintenance.

The polypropylene (PP) body resists impact and chemicals, so it can be used for long periods in process plants. Its adjustable design speeds up installation. It is locked with safety padlocks with a shackle diameter not exceeding 9 mm; by adding a warning tag next to the lock, the valve becomes an isolation point in the LOTO procedure where it is clear who closed it.

DN8-DN50: Suitable for ball valves in this diameter range.
PP Body: Polypropylene material resists impact and chemicals.
Adjustable: Adapts quickly and easily to different valve handles.
Padlock Compatibility: Used with padlocks with a shackle diameter of up to 9 mm.
