Product Details

BD-F03 and BD-F04 are metal lockout devices used to lock manual quarter-turn ball valves in the closed position. They suit valve sizes from 1-1/4 inches (31 mm) to 3 inches (76 mm) and prevent accidental opening by blocking the valve handle from turning.

The body is made of durable sheet steel and protected against rust with a high-temperature spray coating; this allows use in harsh environments where plastic equipment is not preferred. The one-piece design locks the valve quickly and reliably. With a padlock and tag fitted, the valve is marked as an isolated energy point in the LOTO procedure.
