Product Details

BD-F02 is an adjustable lockout device developed to secure large-diameter ball valves in the closed position. It can be used on valves from DN50 to DN200 and covers the valve handle to keep unauthorized persons from opening the line.

Its durable polypropylene (PP) body resists impact and chemicals, so it lasts long in industrial environments. The adjustable design allows a single model to be used on valves of different sizes. When a safety padlock with a shackle diameter up to 9 mm is fitted, valve isolation on large lines is locked out in line with the LOTO procedure.
