Product Details

BD-F06A is a device designed to lock dual-cylinder and raised-handle ball valves. It suits valves from DN50 to DN70 and adjusts to stem widths from 1/2 inch (13 mm) to 2 3/4 inches (70 mm). It prevents unauthorized opening of manual quarter-turn valve handles.

The body is made of high-strength polypropylene (PP) that withstands high temperatures. Because the width can be adjusted left and right, it fits different valve types. It can be used with different types of safety padlocks; once lock and tag are fitted, the valve stays closed throughout maintenance within the LOTO procedure.

DN50-DN70: Suitable for ball valves in this diameter range.
Dual Cylinder Compatibility: Can be used on double-cylinder and rising-stem valves.
Heat-Resistant PP: A high-strength polypropylene body that withstands high temperatures.
Handle Adjustment: Adjusts left to right to handle widths between 13 mm and 70 mm.
