Product Details

BD-F06 is a lockout device that holds the handle of ball valves in a set position, preventing unauthorized persons from opening or closing the valve. Thanks to its adjustable design, it can be applied to valves from 1/2 inch (13 mm) to 2 3/4 inches (70 mm).

A single device fitting multiple valves in this size range reduces the need for maintenance teams to carry separate locks for different sizes on site. After the valve is closed, once the device is fitted and locked with a padlock, the line is secured as the isolation point defined in the LOTO procedure.

Adjustment Range: Fits valves between 1/2 in (13 mm) and 2 3/4 in (70 mm).
Single Model: The same equipment can be used on different valves within this size range.
Position Locking: Keeps the line isolated by preventing the valve handle from moving.
