Product Details

BD-F05A is an adjustable lockout device for DN8 to DN50 ball valves. Its width adjusts left and right to fit valve stems from 1/2 inch (13 mm) to 2 3/4 inches (70 mm), and it prevents unauthorized operation of manual quarter-turn handles.

What sets this model apart from similar ones is its auxiliary rear threaded parts. These help securely lock out raised or extended ball valve handles as well. The body, made of durable engineering plastic, keeps the valve closed throughout the LOTO procedure once completed with a padlock and tag.
