Product Details

BD-F01D is an adjustable lockout device for DN50 to DN100 ball valves. It adjusts to valves from 1/2 inch (13 mm) to 2 inches (64 mm) and prevents a closed ball valve from being opened accidentally.

Thanks to its removable add-on piece, it adapts to different valve handle designs and sizes. The polypropylene (PP) body resists impact and chemicals; the standard color is red and other colors are available to order. Locked with safety padlocks with a shackle diameter of up to 9 mm, the valve is kept under personal lockout throughout maintenance.

DN50-DN100: Suitable for ball valves in this diameter range.
Adjustment Range: Adjusts to valves between 1/2 in (13 mm) and 2 in (64 mm).
Extra Part: The removable part adapts to different handle designs.
PP Body: Polypropylene material resists impact and chemicals.
Padlock Compatibility: Used with padlocks with a shackle diameter of up to 9 mm.
