The green-bodied BD-G34-GRN is a safety padlock with a nylon PA body and a 76 mm plastic shackle, used to secure energy isolation points in LOTO procedures. Weighing 120 g, the lock can be fitted and removed quickly thanks to its self-opening shackle mechanism.

The push-pull dust protection mechanism placed over the lock hole is designed for use in large and dusty work areas. The cylinder is 12-14 pin zinc alloy as standard; a 6 pin brass cylinder is optional. Green is a color that can be recommended for marking the locks of production or process operators; the standard labels on the front and back make the lock's purpose visible.
