Product Details

The BD-BVL31 is a lockout device that secures the fluid line by fixing the handle of pull-handle butterfly valves. It suits valves from ½ inch to 8 inch and can hold the handle fully closed, partly open or fully open. Its anti-rotation design does not let the handle move accidentally.

Because it is made as a single piece of ABS plastic, no parts are lost during use or storage. Up to three padlocks can be attached, so several people working on the same valve can add their own locks for group lockout. Food, beverage, water, chemical and pharmaceutical plants are typical application areas.

Valve Range: Suitable for lever-handle valves from ½ inch to 8 inch.
Rotation Prevention: Prevents the valve handle from moving unintentionally.
Three Positions: Can hold the handle fully closed, partly open or fully open.
One-Piece ABS: Parts stay together, reducing the risk of loss.
Multi-Lock: Group lockout is possible by attaching up to three padlocks.
