Product Details

The BD-BVL51 is a large-type butterfly valve lockout that adjusts to different handle lengths. It covers the valve handle to stop it from moving and prevents the line from being opened accidentally during maintenance. It is suitable for sanitary butterfly valves with a 35 mm diameter.

The body, made of ABS engineering plastic, can be used at temperatures between -20°C and +90°C. Thanks to its adjustable design, a single device fits different valve handles, and it can easily be installed by one person. It can be used as part of a LOTO program in food and pharmaceutical plants that require hygiene, as well as in other industrial sectors.
