Product Details

BD-F08 is an adjustable device used to lock flanged ball valves. It suits a wide valve range from DN8 to DN125 and adjusts to stem widths from 1/4 inch (6.35 mm) to 5 inches (140 mm).

The width can be adjusted left and right, so the same equipment can be used on different ball valve types. The polypropylene (PP) body resists impact and chemicals. It is locked with safety padlocks with a shackle diameter up to 9 mm, so valves on flanged lines are kept closed in line with the LOTO procedure throughout maintenance.

DN8-DN125: Suitable for flanged ball valves in this range.
Wide Adjustment: Adapts to handle widths between 6.35 mm and 140 mm.
Two-Way Adjustment: The width adjusts left and right to fit different valves.
