Perma-Mount Ball Valve Lockout

BD-F09 and BD-F09X are Perma-Mount type lockout devices permanently mounted on the valve to secure quarter-turn ball valves in the closed position. They fit ball valves of 10–100 mm diameter; they stay in place after installation and are activated simply by attaching a padlock when isolation is required.

The body is made of zinc alloy and protected against corrosion and abrasive environments by a high-temperature spray coating. Two sizes are offered: BD-F09 163x56x186 mm, BD-F09X 108x49.5x155 mm; both suit handle lengths up to 150 mm. Personal lockout is done with safety padlocks with a shackle diameter of at most 7 mm.
