Product Details

BD-F10 is a foldable valve lockout pouch that wraps around the handle of ball valves to hold the valve in the closed position. It can be applied to valves from 3/8 inch (10 mm) to 4 inches (102 mm) and can be used on valves on insulated, PVC or metal pipes.

The wear-resistant PC body attaches firmly to the valve with a PP fixing strap. Because three safety padlocks (shackle diameter ≤7 mm) can be attached at once, several workers can apply their personal locks to the same valve. Its light, foldable design makes it a portable solution for a field bag or a lockout station.

Wide Diameter Range: Applies to valves between 10 mm (3/8 in) and 102 mm (4 in).
PC and PP: The wear-resistant PC body and the PP fixed strap keep the device firmly seated on the valve.
Three Lock Points: Allows group lockout with 3 safety padlocks (≤7 mm shackle) at the same time.
Pipe-Type Independent: Can be used on valves in insulated, PVC and metal piping.
Carrying Case: Comes with a storage bag with handles that can also hold the locks; folds for compact storage.
